Pleasanton USD has 15 sites and 13,800 students. Pleasanton USD IT wished to determine best next steps for the moving from their current Student Information System (SIS) to a new SIS solution. TMC conducted an accurate and complete discover and needs analysis of the current and future needs for the SIS with the intention of it leading to either a co-op purchase or a custom RFP. The deliverables included:

• List of key criteria for new or upgraded system
