Technology Management Corporation (TMC) teamed with HOK, Mortenson, and WJHW to build and design the new 288 million-dollar TCF Bank Stadium which opened in time for the football season. It houses 50,000 seats, 36 private suites, 11,000 outdoor club seats, 750 loge seats, 300 indoor club seats, 1,250 outdoor club seats, and a 30,000 square foot indoor club.
