Technology Management Corporation was retained to provide relocation services to Fallon for their move to a new facility. TMC provided comprehensive relocation management including: configuring all outside plant network facilities, designing the infrastructure cabling and selecting the vendor to provide the service, designing the local service and Internet access, overseeing the installation of the new VoIP telephone system, arranging the relocation of the wide area voice and data networks, designing the technology and computer rooms and arranging for the relocation of information technology equipment.
TMC achieved cost reductions for Fallon Worldwide have exceeded $500,000 annually representing a 62% cost reduction. Savings for wireless technology network, phone system and wireless data communications are at 58% for these efforts.
