Hopkins Public Schools
The School District was already in the process and well underway of creating an RFP to solicit responses from qualified vendors offering the functionality and features identified to replace or re-implement Hopkins Public Schools Enterprise Resource Planning system. The purpose of this Statement of Work was to assist and augment Hopkins Public Schools in the review of requirements, RFP section edits and additions, and to work side-by-side with Hopkins Public Schools Purchasing and Business/IT to support in the RFP process. We conducted an analysis and validation of all current requirements, inventories, design and objectives for future use. We then provided recommendations to the in-progress RFP document for the purchasing process. In addition, we project managed the implementation process for the new ERP solution.
