  • Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and data sensitivity assessment with actionable recommendations

In addition to the cybersecurity initiatives, the project included a full redesign of the City’s data network. This encompassed requirements analysis, network architecture, configuration templates, and testing for core, distribution, edge, and server farm switches. Key networking components addressed included OSPF, queuing, traffic shaping, Quality of Service (QoS), VLAN schema, and a two-layer hierarchical architecture with redundancy to ensure reliability and performance.
